Youth
At Christ Church we run fun and engaging Youth Groups for young people from school years 5-8. Sessions for school years 5 - 6 alternate on Mondays and school years 7 - 8 meet on alternate Tuesdays.
Hi-5
Hi-5 is for kids in school year 5. We meet on every other Monday from 6.30 - 8pm, alternating with FUSION.
INSPIRE
INSPIRE is for young people in school year 7. We meet every other Tuesday from 7-8.30pm, alternating with THE EDGE.
FUSION
FUSION is for kids in school year 6 and runs every other Monday from 6.30pm - 8pm alternating with Hi-5.
THE EDGE
THE EDGE is for young people in school year 8. We meet every other Tuesday from 7-8.30pm, alternating with INSPIRE.
All of our youth groups run during term time only and the admission cost is £2 per session.
There is a tuck shop with reasonably priced canned drinks, crisps, sweets and chocolate.
We offer a variety of fun activities plus a trip out once a term, for example donutting and pirate golf.
(The trip out is at an extra cost.)
You are more than welcome to call in to see for yourself our safe, secure setting. All of our leaders are DBS checked and most have First Aid training. We have experience with most disabilities but please bear in mind that we have stairs to the youth room.
To support the running of the groups we have a parent rota and find that the parents enjoy the sessions as much as the young people! If you would like a place for your child, please register your interest below and we will send you the forms to fill in by email. Please ensure that the forms are completed by an adult.
We welcome young people of all abilities and have experience of supporting children and young people with a range of difficulties.
However please bear in mind that the youth room can only be accessed via stairs.
